It was our first exeperience of buying real estate in Germany and given the bureaucracy and the paperwork, it was overwhelming! Finbird really made the process much easier through expert navigation of the banking side, helping us in the overall buying process like recommendations and connections to other stakeholders who were needed to close the deal!
We ended up working with Finbird another time for a rental property given our 1st experience and will work again in the future given the opportunity!
