Finbird (Daniela) have been incredibly supportive throughout our house buying process here in Germany. The whole process of securing a loan and negotiating with the banks was undertaken by Daniela and she explained to us both in numerous emails and also in telephone discussions how the procedures worked, it was for us brilliant as she was clear, straightforward and made things very easy to understand. Our timelines were also actually quite elongated and from start to finish because we were prepared to wait for the house that we wanted; I think that our dealings with her took about ten months. We would like to express our heartfelt gratitude to Daniela, for a couple of people like us whose German language skills are not very good, she was everything that we could have wished for, I am sure that there were times that we were asking things completely out of her remit but nonetheless she was always quick to reply and always with great information.
